Prof. Dr. M. Wilhelm
The research focus of Prof. Wilhelm's department is on method development in rheology (FT-Rheology) and on the rheological characterization of polymers. Of particular interest is the influence of topology on the nonlinear rheological properties of polymers. Therefore, the preparation of targeted topologies via anionic synthesis forms a basis of our research.
Other areas of interest include low-field NMR and novel detectors for gel permeation chromatography.
