Registration will be open until August 1, 2025 or until the limited number of 100 participants has been reached.

Symposium Fee

The symposium fee is 600 EUR  (excl. VAT) for all participants.

This fee includes accommodation for two nights (September 21-23) and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the conference center, starting with dinner on Sunday (warm/cold buffet will be offered from ca. 18:45 until 20:00, cold buffet will be offered until ca. 21:00). The scientific program runs from 9:00 on Monday until 16:00 on Tuesday.

Additional overnight stay

Accommodation for Tuesday night (September 23) including breakfast on Wednesday can be booked separately for 100 EUR (excl. VAT) during registration.
